Section E Any employee who works on a designated holiday shall receive eight (8) hours holiday pay plus one and one-half (1 1/2) times his regular rate of pay for all hours worked on the holiday. Section F Employees will be granted sixteen (16) hours paid leave per calendar year to be utilized for personal business. Notice to the employee's supervisor forty-eight (48) hours in advance shall be required to take such time off, except in the event of a personal emergency.
Section 5.1 6 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 7 District and the Association are those relating to or affecting hours, wages, grievance procedures and 8 general working conditions of employees in the bargaining unit subject to this agreement.
Section 4.3 11 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein to appropriate 12 officials of the Public School Employees of Washington State Organization.
Section 1.4 (a) Upon timely request, the Department of Administrative Services shall make available at no cost to the Union the latest copy of any SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee statistical and expenditure reports relative to employment and benefits currently produced by the Department of Administrative Services which do not require manual or machine editing to remove confidential data or non-SEIU Local 503, OPEU bargaining unit employee data. Such request must be made in advance of the preparation of the reports. If new and appropriate employee statistical and expenditure reports are produced by the Department of Administrative Services, the Department and the Union may mutually agree in advance to provide such reports at no cost.

Section Nine The Union shall indemnify the State for any liability or damages incurred by the State in compliance with this Article.
Section C An employee who terminates a leave during the school year must apply for and be appointed to a vacant position.
Section 4.5 37 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 pay to a maximum of three (3) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.
