Paragraph Captions The captions of the paragraphs and sections are set forth only for the convenience and reference of the Parties and are not intended in any way to define, limit or describe the scope or intent of this Agreement.
Complete Agreement, Severability, Captions, and Survival You agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us, sets forth the entire understanding between us and you with respect to the Service and the portion of the Site through which the Service is offered and supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between us. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. (ADA), or corresponding state statutes. Upon request the Employer will meet and discuss specific concerns identified by the Union; however, this shall not delay any actions taken to comply with the ADA.”
