Section 9.7.3. 33 The employee will retain accrued sick leave, vested vacation rights, and seniority rights while 34 on leave of absence. However, vacation credits, sick leave, and seniority shall not accrue while 35 the employee is on leave of absence; provided, however, that if such leave is approved for 36 extended illness or injury, or for industrial injury, seniority shall accrue but shall not accrue for 37 more than two years per injury total.

Section 9.7.3. 34 Vacated positions shall be posted within seven (7) calendar days unless the District informs the 35 Association in writing of its intent to dissolve the position or to vacate it for the duration of the 36 current school year.
