Judicial Leave. 4 In the event an employee is summoned to serve as a juror, or subpoenaed as a witness in court, or is 5 named as a codefendant with the District, such employee shall receive a normal day’s pay for each day 6 of required presence in court; provided, however, that any compensation received for such service shall 7 be paid to the District.
