Common use of Section 8.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 8.3. 24 Each employee who by the September 1, accrual date, has completed less than one (1) year's service 25 will receive vacation time prorated to time worked. For the purposes of calculating vacation days for 26 succeeding years, employees who have been actively employed for at least one-half of the employment 27 year by September 1 shall be credited with one (1) year of service and be granted vacation time in 28 accordance with Section 8.2.

Section 8.3. 24 43 Each employee who by the September 1, 1 accrual date, date has completed less than one (1) year's year of service 25 44 will receive vacation time prorated to time worked. For the purposes of calculating vacation days for 26 45 succeeding years, employees who have been actively employed for at least one-half (1/2) of the 46 employment 27 year by September 1 shall be credited with advance one (1) year of service and be granted vacation time in 28 accordance with Section 8.2.on Schedule B.

For the purposes of calculating vacation days for 26 19 succeeding years, employees who have been actively employed for at least one-one half (½) of the 20 employment 27 year by September 1 shall be credited with one (1) year of service and be granted vacation 21 time in 28 accordance with Section 8.2.

For the purposes of calculating vacation days for 26 37 succeeding years, employees who have been actively employed for at least one-half (½) of the 38 employment 27 year by September 1 shall be credited with advance one (1) year of service and be granted vacation time in 28 accordance with Section 8.2.on Schedule B.
