SECTION 812. 2 An Employee with accumulated sick leave who is temporarily disabled from working due to 3 injury or occupational illness which is covered by the State industrial insurance laws, Title 51 4 RCW, shall be paid by the District an amount equal to the difference between the amount the 5 employee would normally earn, and the amount paid the employee by the Department of Labor 6 and Industries. A deduction shall be made from the employee's accumulated sick leave in 7 accordance with the amount paid to the employee by the District.
