In order 13 to time routes, drivers will keep actual departure and arrival times for their a.m. route. For payroll 14 purposes, and bidding routes (see Section 15.16 Bidding Routes), the route times will be established by 15 taking the average of the three (3) a.m. route times, multiplying the time by two (2), and adding the 16 daily thirty (30) minute for pre/post checks.
