Section 7.4.3. 19 Athletic non-classification postings will happen fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the first 20 season event and will be transmitted through the YCS District email system, immediately 21 thereafter any other contractual requirements the employer may have. All PSE employees will 22 be afforded access to the District’s email system. It is understood that District staff will not use 24 our Staff Electronic Resources Acceptable Use Policy. 26 All other non-classification overtime/extra work will be transmitted through the YCS District 27 email system fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the event if help is required by the District.

Section 7.4.3. 24 Vacation hours will be accrued monthly. Vacation pay will be paid at the rate of the employee's 25 regular base pay. For employees working less than eight (8) hours each day, vacation pay will 26 be based on the hours worked per day.   • Section 7.4 20 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 21 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each four (4) hours of 22 work.

If an employee elects to utilize any of the IRS 125 benefits, the administrative cost shall be shared equally between the employee and the employer.

  • Section 4.3 30 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein to 31 appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington State Organization. 32

  • Section 6.2 13 The Association representatives may represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 14 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 15 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of 16 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 17 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

  • Section 18.3 6 This Agreement may be reopened and modified at any time during its term upon mutual consent of the 7 parties in writing; provided, however, that this Agreement shall be reopened as necessary to consider 8 the impact of any legislation enacted following execution of this Agreement which may arguably affect 9 the terms and conditions herein or create authority to alter personnel practices in public employment.

  • Section 14.3 18 The parties recognize that an employee should have the option of declining to participate as a member 19 in the Association, yet contribute financially to the activities of the Association in representing such 20 employee as a member of the collective bargaining unit. Therefore, as an alternative to, and in lieu of 21 the membership requirements of the previous sections of this Article, an employee who declines 22 membership in the Association may pay to the Association each month a representation fee as a 23 contribution towards the administration of this Agreement in an amount equal to the regular monthly 24 dues. This representation fee shall be collected by the Association in the same manner as monthly 25 dues. 26

  • Section 16.3 2 For the purpose of calculating daily hours, time working shall be rounded to the next one-quarter (1/4) 3 hour.
