Common use of Section 7.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.4. 21 The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by 22 two (2) consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday; provided, however, the District may assign an 24 days of rest. Provided, further, the above may be waived by mutual consent of the District and the 25 employee involved.

Section 7.4. 21 47 The normal workweek work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by 22 two (2) 48 consecutive days of rest, Saturday and Sunday; provided, however, the District may assign an 24 days of rest. Provided, further, the above may be waived by mutual consent of the District and the 25 employee involved.

Section 7.4. 21 9 The normal workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday, followed by 22 two (2) 10 consecutive days of rest, Saturday Saturday, and Sunday; provided, provided however, the District may assign an 24 11 employee to a workweek of any five (5) consecutive days which are followed by two (2) consecutive 12 days of rest. Provided, further, the above may be waived by mutual consent of the District and the 25 employee involved.
