Common use of Section 7.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.4. 32 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 33 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three (3) hours of 34 work, except: bus drivers, as noted in Section 20.1.2. herein.

Section 7.4. 32 30 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 33 31 this Article, the employee shall be given a fifteen (15) minute rest period for each three (3) hours of 34 32 work, except: bus drivers, as noted in Section 20.1.2. herein.
