Common use of Section 7.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.4. 9 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 10 this Article, the employee shall be given a ten (10) minute rest period for each two (2) hours of work, 11 provided the assigned shift is in excess of three (3) hours.

Section 7.4. 9 11 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 10 12 this Article, the employee shall be given a ten paid fifteen (1015) minute rest period for each two four (24) hours 13 of work, 11 provided the assigned shift is in excess of three (3) hours.

Section 7.4. 9 2 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously defined in 10 this 3 Article, the employee shall be given a ten (10) minute rest period for each two (2) hours of work, 11 provided 4 the assigned shift is in excess of three (3) hours.

Section 7.4. 9 33 In the event an employee is assigned to a shift less than the normal work shift previously as defined in 10 this ArticleSection 7.1, 34 the employee shall be given have a paid rest break of ten (10) minute rest period minutes for each two (2) hours of work, 11 provided the assigned shift is in excess of three (3) hourshours worked. The rest 35 period must be provided no later than the end of the second (2nd) hour of the shift.
