Common use of Section 7.2.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.2.2. 15 Except as provided in the following section, any vacation credit currently due but unused by the 16 new accrual date each year may be carried over for one (1) year following the accrual date with 17 the approval of the immediate supervisor and administration.
