Common use of Section 7.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.2. 25 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be 26 changed without prior notice to the employee of two (2) calendar weeks, except in emergencies.

Section 7.2. 25 30 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be 26 changed 31 without prior notice to the employee of two (2) calendar weeks. In the event of extenuating or unusual 32 circumstances, except in emergenciesthe employee may be given another assignment to be worked during their regularly 33 scheduled shift with less than the two (2) week notification. This notice may be waived by the employee.

Section 7.2. 25 37 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweekwork week, which shall not be 26 38 changed without prior notice to the employee of two (2) calendar weeks; provided however, except this notice 39 may be waived by the employee, and the employer may change the existing work week in emergenciescase of 40 emergency without prior notice. It is agreed and understood that routine absence, which may be covered 41 by substitute employees, shall not constitute an emergency for the purposes of this section.

Section 7.2. 25 45 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be 26 46 changed without prior notice to the employee of two (2) calendar weeks, except in emergencies. In case of emergency the 47 above may be waived.

Section 7.2. 25 21 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be 26 changed 22 changed, except in case of emergency, without prior notice to the employee of two (2) calendar weeks; 23 provided, except in emergencieshowever, this notice may be waived by the employee.

Section 7.2. 25 41 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be 26 42 changed without prior notice to the employee of two (2) calendar weeks, except in emergencies.. 44 45

Section 7.2. 25 38 Each employee shall be assigned to a definite and regular shift and workweek, which shall not be 26 39 permanently changed without prior notice to the employee of two three (23) calendar weeks; provided, except 40 however, this notice may be waived by the employee. This section shall not apply in emergenciestimes of 41 emergency.
