Section 4.9.1. 34 The Union may use the District’s internal mail distribution system (hard copy and electronic, 35 including email and voicemail) to circulate routine information to its members. Further, such 36 distribution shall not violate U.S. Postal regulations, nor shall it be used to avoid required 37 postage costs. The Union shall not use the District mail system to distribute or obtain 38 information regarding political candidates or issues which are a part of any public election. Use 39 of the District’s email system will be in accordance with the District’s policy and procedures 40 for access to the network and use of electronic communications.

Section 4.9.1. 26 The district administrative offices are designed as the official job-posting center. During the 27 summer months, job announcements shall be posted for no less than two (2) weeks to allow 28 ample opportunity for all employees to review these postings. The district job website address 29 shall be posted on all official bulletin boards. 31 For the purposes of this section only, with regard to position postings -- summer months are 32 defined as: The first (1st) Monday after the release of school to one (1) week prior to the first 33 (1st) official day of school.

  • Section 4.4 10 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein, within the 11 scope of statute, to appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington State 12 Organization.

They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

  • Section 4.2 1.II Dispute Resolution Procedures is amended to insert the following paragraph to Section 4.2.1.II.A.(4): The Formal Dispute Process set forth in this section II(B) does not apply to formal disputes arising out of an Authorized User Mini-Bid or Authorized User Agreement. Formal disputes between the Contractor and the Authorized User arising out of an Authorized User Mini-Bid or Authorized User Agreement are to be handled in accordance with the process specified by the Authorized User for disputes. See Section 6.12 Mini-Bid Dispute Resolution Process.
