Section 4.8. 1. 34 The responsibility for the prompt removal of notices from the bulletin boards after they have 35 served their purpose shall rest with the individual who posted such notices. 37 39 A R T I C L E V 40 41 APPROPRIATE MATTERS FOR CONSULTATION AND NEGOTIATION 42 43 Section 5.1. 44 It is agreed and understood that matters appropriate for consultation and negotiation between the 45 District and the Association are policies, programs, and procedures relating to or affecting hours, 46 wages, grievance procedures, and general working conditions of employees in the bargaining unit 47 subject to this Agreement.

Section 4.8. 28 No rival organization shall enjoy any of the rights contained herein except as provided by law.
Section 4.8. 41 The Association shall have the privilege of using school facilities for meetings outside school hours, 42 provided the facility is scheduled through the District process.
Section 4.8. 25 The District will provide the Association with position descriptions and such amendments, changes and 26 additions to such position descriptions as changes from time to time may occur.
Section 4.8. 14 Representatives of the Association shall obtain permission of the building principal, superintendent, 15 department supervisor, or their designees, in order to have access to the premises during business 16 hours, provided that the building principal, superintendent, department supervisor, or designee, shall 17 upon being requested for access, grant their permission if no hampering or obstruction of work results, 18 and normal operation of the school or department is not interrupted. 20 The District recognizes that the PSE Field Representative has exclusive representing rights and access 21 to any employee in the bargaining unit at any time. As with any visitor to a school building in the 22 District, the Field Representative is required for safety reasons to check in with the building 23 principal/office upon arrival.
Section 4.8. 44 The District will involve PSE in the development of the school calendar by including the Association 45 President, or designee(s) in the meeting(s) with the North Franklin Education Association at which the 46 school calendar is developed. 47 1 A R T I C L E V 3 APPROPRIATE MATTERS FOR CONSULTATION AND NEGOTIATION 5 Section 5.1. 6 The parties have an obligation to bargain in good faith as directed by State Law.
Section 4.8. 6 The Columbia School District established the Professional Development Pool of two-thousand dollars 7 ($2,000.00). The District will work through Labor Management to ensure there are professional 8 development opportunities. The employee will use the PSE Professional Development Reimbursement 9 Request form as needed.
Section 4.8. 48 The District recognizes that the PSE Field Representative has exclusive representing rights and access 1 to any employee in the bargaining unit at any time. As with any visitor to a school building in the 2 District, the Field Representative is required for safety reasons to check in with the building 3 principal/office upon arrival.
Section 4.8. 12 The District shall not subcontract bargaining unit services during the term of this Agreement, provided, 13 however, that the District may contract for services necessary to the District’s education 14 responsibilities but unavailable after good faith posting pursuant to Section 10.8 and consultation with 15 the Union President. 16 18 ARTICLE V 19 20 APPROPRIATE MATTERS FOR CONSULTATION AND NEGOTIATION
