Common use of Section 4.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.5. 37 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 pay to a maximum of three (3) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.

Section 4.5. 37 16 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss 17 of 38 pay to a maximum of three ten (310) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose 18 of 39 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by the District administration; the 19 association shall reimburse the District for the cost of substitutes if needed and any other cost 20 associated with the Association activity. There will be no punitive actions on evaluations or negative 21 verbal or written repercussions for the use of time off as provided in this section.

Section 4.5. 37 28 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 29 pay to a maximum of three five (35) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 those 30 meetings is in the best mutual interests of the District as determined by the District administrationand Association.

Section 4.5. 37 2 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 3 pay to a maximum of three (3) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 4 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.

Section 4.5. 37 35 The President of the Association and his/her designated representatives will be provided time off 36 without loss of 38 pay to a maximum of three one (31) days day per delegate per year to attend regional or State 37 meetings when the purpose of 39 those meetings is in the best interests of the District as determined by 38 the District administration.. 39

Section 4.5. 37 39 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 38 40 pay to a maximum of three five (35) days per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 39 those 41 meetings is in the best mutual interests of the District as determined by the District administrationand Association.
