Section 4.3. 16 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 17 pay to a maximum of four (4) days total per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 18 those meetings is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District Administration. Section 4.3. 20 On or before the first day of October of each year during the term of this Agreement, the District shall 21 provide Public School Employees of Washington with the names of all employees in the bargaining unit, 22 the number of hours each works, and position on the salary schedule. The District shall provide Public 23 School Employees of Washington with the names of new employees, hours worked and position on the 24 salary schedule, throughout the year.
Section 4.3. 2 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off to a 3 maximum of ten (10) days per year to attend meetings when the purpose of those meetings is in the 4 best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.
Section 4.3. 30 There shall be no sub-contracting unless it is negotiated with the appropriate bargaining unit.
Section 4.3. 35 The District, as part of the general orientation of each new employee within the units subject to this 36 Agreement, shall describe to the employee his rights under the Public Employees Collective 37 Bargaining Act of 1967 and subsequent amendments thereto.
Section 4.3. 19 The names, addresses, work assignments, and salary information of employees in the respective 20 subunits will be provided annually by October 30, to the president of the Association, and any changes 21 will be updated monthly on a mutually agreed form as changes in personnel occur.
Section 4.3. 5 An employee may be temporarily removed from his or her regular assignment pending 39 an investigation into alleged misconduct in accordance with the following: 40
Section 4.3. 42 The District will provide PSE reasonable access to new employees of the bargaining unit for the 43 purposes of presenting information about PSE to the new employee. “Reasonable access” for the 44 purposes of this section means the access to the new employee occurs within one (1) month of the 45 employee’s start date within the bargaining unit; the access is for thirty (30) minutes; and occurs 47 mutually agreed to by the District and PSE.
