SECTION 4 - VACATION. 4.1 Employee shall be entitled to accrue and take vacation leave at a rate of thirty (30) days per fiscal year and in accordance with the policy applicable to employees of Manitoba.
SECTION 4 - VACATION. To avoid losing vacation accumulation, the employee must 33 request vacation leave, or when such leave is impossible, a cash payment of not more 34 than forty (40) hours shall be made. In lieu of cash payment, the Agency may schedule 1 time off in excess of the maximum accrual provided for in Article 43, Section 6 within sixty 2 (60) days prior to the date the vacation leave would reach the maximum accrual.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no later than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned. Following the completion of six (6) months of service, the employee shall be entitled to use earned paid vacation.

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.

  • VACATION AND VACATION PAY 9.01 All employees who are covered under this Agreement shall receive vacation pay as a percent of the employee's total earnings exclusive of the Employer's contribution to the Union's Benefit Plan. Income tax shall be deducted weekly from the employee's earnings increased by the amount of vacation pay.

  • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • ANNUAL VACATIONS Vacation entitlement earned during previous employment shall be credited to the employee, and vacations granted shall be in accordance with such previous entitlement (Articles 28.01 and 28.02).
