Section 3.7.1. 8 The employee, upon written request to the superintendent, will be reimbursed for the cost of 9 replacement of personal items such as hearing aids, glasses and/or dentures which are destroyed or 10 damaged as a result of an assault/or battery.

Section 3.7.1. In the event any one or more provision(s) of this Agreement is or are deemed invalid or unenforceable by any final decision of a court or subsequently enacted legislation, that portion(s) shall be deemed severable from the rest of the Agreement and all such other parts of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
