Common use of Section 3.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.3. 33 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District.

Section 3.3. 33 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 34 other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 DistrictDistrict as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 33 36 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 37 other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District.38 District as hereinafter provided. 39

Section 3.3. 33 24 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 25 other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District26 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 33 25 Employees of the unit subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 26 other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District27 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 33 26 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 27 other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District28 District as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 33 31 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 32 other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 33 District, if it is the employee’s desire, as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.3. 33 27 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 28 other 34 persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 35 District29 District as hereinafter provided.
