Section 254. ("Grantee"), whose address is 6200 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx X.X., Xxxxx 000, Xxxxxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxx 00000, xxl of the interest reserved by Santa Fe Pacific Railroad Company in the instruments described in Exhibit A hereto but only so far as such reservations and exceptions pertain to and cover the real estate in McKixxxx Xxxnty, New Mexico more particularly described in Exhibit B hereto, less and except the interests described in Exhibit C hereto and subject to the grants and interests set forth in the instruments set forth in Exhibit D hereto, all of which exhibits are incorporated herein by reference.
Section 254. 12 All employees working four (4) hours or more per day shall receive twelve (12) equal paychecks per 13 year. Xxxx Manager positions may be eight (8) hours per day. In the event these positions are less 14 than eight (8) hours, the parties agree to meet and discuss implementation. All current eight (8) hour 15 xxxx manager positions as of September 2007 shall not be reduced unless the current employee has 16 vacated, and then only after discussion as noted above.
Section 254. 1. 19 All employees working less than four (4) hours per day shall receive ten (10) equal checks per 20 year (September - June). Any additional work hours beyond their regular hours per day will be 21 submitted on a timesheet or through WESPAC True Time.
Section 254. 26 The District will pay the actual cost for the new licensing fees required by law. The individual driver 27 must understand that he or she must stay within the employ of the District for eighteen (18) months 28 following the issuance of the license. If the driver leaves the District’s employ prior to the eighteen 29 (18) month period they will reimburse the District for the cost of the license fees, or the amount will be 30 deducted from their last pay check.
Section 254. The clauses and covenants contained herein which are construed by Section 254 of the Real Property Law of the State of New York shall, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, be construed as provided in that Section; the additional clauses and covenants contained herein shall afford rights supplemental to and not exclusive of the rights conferred by the clauses and covenants construed by said Section 254 and shall not impair, modify, alter or defeat such rights notwithstanding that such additional clauses and covenants may relate to the same subject matter or provide for different or additional rights in the same or similar contingencies as the clauses and covenants construed by said Section 254; the clauses and covenants herein which are similar to those contained in said Section 254 but which afford additional rights to Mortgagee or to Mortgagor, shall supersede the clauses and covenants contained in Section 254.
Section 254. Section 254. Any increase in the rate of pay will be effective for the entire pay period in which the rate increase occurs.
Section 254. 40 The base salary of all employees shall be prorated into twelve (12) equal monthly paychecks.
