Section 24.2. 19 All provisions of this agreement shall be applicable to the entire term of this agreement 20 notwithstanding its execution date, except as provided in 24.3.
Section 24.2. 10 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms 11 and conditions of Section 26.3. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be subsequent to the 12 effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.
Section 24.2. 15 This agreement may be reopened and modified at any time during its term upon mutual consent of the 16 parties in writing; provided, however, that all state increases for salaries and insurance shall be passed 17 through for each year of this agreement. Section 24.2. 11 Salaries for employees subject to this agreement, during the term of this agreement, are contained in 12 Schedule A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
Section 24.2. 4. 32 Mechanics and mechanic helpers who acquire and maintain a master ASE certification will 33 receive an additional $0.50 per hour after their probationary period for each ASE certification 34 up to a maximum of two (2) per employee.

Anyone who provides one or more 13 of the related services duties identified above would be considered by the District for inclusion within 14 the educational support designation.
