Section 22.6. 9(a). Creditors may comply by mailing or delivering the statement required by § 226.6(a)(5) or § 226.6(b)(5)(iii) (see xxxxx- xxx G–3 and G–3(A) to this part) to each con- sumer receiving a transaction invoice during a one-month period chosen by the card issuer or by sending either the statement pre- scribed by § 226.6(a)(5) or § 226.6(b)(5)(iii), or an alternative billing error rights statement substantially similar to that in appendix G– 4 and G–4(A) to this part, with each invoice sent to a consumer.
Section 22.6. 11(a). This section applies when a card issuer receives a payment or other credit that exceeds by more than $1 the amount due, as shown on the transaction invoice. The requirement to credit amounts to an account may be complied with by other reasonable means, such as by a credit memo- randum. Since no periodic statement is pro- vided, a notice of the credit balance shall be sent to the consumer within a reasonable pe- riod of time following its occurrence unless a refund of the credit balance is mailed or de- livered to the consumer within seven busi- ness days of its receipt by the card issuer.

Section 22.6. 37 Drivers that are on a trip shall be paid the regular rate of pay for their regularly scheduled hours. Any 38 hours beyond their regularly scheduled hours will be paid at the trip rate of pay. 39

Section 22.6. 18 The Association will indemnify, defend, and hold the District harmless against any claims made, and 19 any suit instituted against the District on account of any check-off of Association dues or requirement 20 that employees pay membership or representation fees to the Association or a charitable organization 21 as a condition of employment. 25 A R T I C L E X X I I I 26 27 CHECKOFF 29 Section 23.1. 30 The District shall deduct PSE regular dues or agency fee from the pay of any employee who authorizes 31 such deductions in writing pursuant to RCW 41.56.110. The District shall transmit all such funds 32 deducted to the Treasurer of the Public School Employees of Washington/SEIU Local 1948 on a 33 monthly basis. Further, the District shall submit, in electronic format to the PSE Kennewick Office the 34 following information: Name, Address, Phone Number, dues status (regular dues, agency fee or 35 religious objector), employment status (LOA etc.)

Notice to the employee's supervisor forty-eight (48) hours in advance shall be required to take such time off, except in the event of a personal emergency.
