Section 18.6.2. 13 In the event of a strike, work stoppage, slowdown, picketing, observance of a picket line, or 14 other restriction of work in any form, either on the basis of individual choice or collective 15 employee conduct, the Union will immediately, upon notification, attempt to secure an 16 immediate and orderly return to work of employees under the Union's jurisdiction. This 17 obligation and the obligations set forth in Section 18.6.1 above shall not be affected or limited 18 by or subject to the grievance provisions of this Agreement. 22 A R T I C L E X I X 23 24 EVALUATION 26 Section 19.1. 27 Employees will be evaluated annually on the District evaluation form. In the absence of 40 specialized goals or standards, the information contained in specific written instructions or training 41 materials provided by a supervisor or program manager; or information, feedback, goals, or standards 42 presented on the employee's annual evaluation completed at the end of the previous school year will 43 suffice as evidence of the performance goals or standards, or the notification of a need for 44 improvement. If the employee desires a conference with the supervisor or evaluator to present or 45 discuss goals or standards, they must request this meeting on or before January 30. 1 Currently, the language here and on the evaluation forms does not match.
