Common use of Section 17.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.5. 12 All employees subject to this Agreement shall be entitled to participate in a tax shelter annuity plan 13 sponsored by the Public School Employees of Washington. On receipt of a written authorization by an 14 employee, the District shall make the requisite withholding adjustments and deductions from the 15 employee's salary.

Section 17.5. 12 45 All employees subject to this Agreement shall be entitled to participate in a tax shelter annuity plan 13 46 sponsored by the Public School Employees of Washington. On receipt of a written authorization by an 14 47 employee, the District shall make the requisite withholding adjustments and deductions from the 15 48 employee's salary.
