Common use of Section 17.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.5. 2 Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect on September 1 of each year during the term of this 3 Agreement; provided, the employee has been actively employed continuously for at least one-half (1/2) of 4 the previous employment year.

Section 17.5. 2 37 Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect on September 1 of each year during the term of 38 this 3 Agreement; provided, the employee has been actively employed continuously for at least one-half 39 (1/2½) of 4 the previous employment year.. 40 41 42 43 44

Section 17.5. 2 24 Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect on September 1 of each year during the term of 25 this 3 Agreement; provided, the employee has been actively employed continuously for at least one-half 26 (1/2½) of 4 the previous employment year.
