Common use of Section 16.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.2. 1. Step 1. 32 Employees shall first discuss the grievance with their immediate supervisor. If employees so 33 wish, they may be accompanied by an Association representative at such discussion. All 34 grievances not brought to the immediate supervisor in accordance with the preceding sentence within fifteen (15) working days of the occurrence of the grievance shall be invalid and subject 36 to no further processing. The immediate supervisor shall respond to the grievance within fifteen (15) working days.

If employees so 33 wish, 43 they may be accompanied by an Association representative at such discussion. All 34 grievances not 44 brought to the immediate supervisor in accordance with the preceding sentence within fifteen ten (1510) working days 45 workdays of the occurrence or reasonable knowledge of the occurrence of the grievance grievance, shall be 46 invalid and subject 36 to no further processing. The immediate supervisor shall respond have five (5) days to the grievance within fifteen (15) working daysrespond.

All 34 grievances 23 not brought to the immediate supervisor in accordance with the preceding sentence within fifteen thirty 24 (1530) working days of the occurrence of the grievance shall be invalid and subject 36 to no further processing. The immediate supervisor shall respond to the grievance within fifteen (15) working days.
