Common use of Section 16.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.2. 1. 38 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution 39 of this Agreement, if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 40 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVII, Section 17.3, such 41 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such schedule, 42 if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.

Section 16.2. 12. 38 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution 39 of this Agreement, if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 40 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVII, Section 17.3, such 41 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such schedule, 42 if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.

Section 16.2. 1. 38 40 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution 39 41 of this Agreement, if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 40 42 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVII, Section 17.3, such 41 43 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such schedule, 42 44 if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.

Section 16.2. 1. 38 22 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday pay day following execution 39 of this 23 Agreement, provided this occurs before the twelfth (12th) of any month; if possiblenot, and retroactive pay shall be 24 paid on the next regular pay day; or in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 40 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant 25 to Article XVII, Section 17.3., such 41 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday pay day following agreement on such schedule, 42 if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.

Section 16.2. 12. 38 33 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution 39 34 of this Agreement, Agreement if possible, possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 40 35 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVIIXVI, Section 17.316.3, and 36 such 41 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such 37 schedule, 42 if possible, possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday.

Section 16.2. 12. 38 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution 39 of this Agreement, Agreement if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 40 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVIIXVIII, Section 17.318.3, such 41 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such schedule, 42 if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.

Section 16.2. 12. 38 39 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution 39 40 of this AgreementAgreement if possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 41 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to ARTICLE XVII, Section 17.3, 42 such retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such 43 schedule, if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 40 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVII, Section 17.3, such 41 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such schedule, 42 if possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.44

Section 16.2. 12. 38 29 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall will be paid on the first regular payday following execution 39 30 of this Agreement, if possible, possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 40 31 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVII, Section 17.3, such 41 32 retroactive pay shall will be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such schedule, 42 33 if possible, possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday.
