Section 15.4.1. 7 Long-term temporary employees shall be covered and are subject to all terms and conditions of 8 this Agreement, except as provided in Section 1.5.4.2.
Section 15.4.1. 40 Should the District decide to discharge any non-annual employee, the employee shall be so 41 notified in writing prior to the expiration of the school year. Enforced budgetary curtailment 42 will apply.
Section 15.4.1. 21 A representative of the Association shall have reasonable opportunity to be present at all formal 22 grievance meetings.
Section 15.4.1. 46 Base salary is defined as bid day guaranteed route time and will be pro-rated over twelve (12) 47 months. Work posted and awarded after bid day for at least sixty (60) work days may be 1 pro-rated at the employee’s request. All other work less than sixty (60) work days will be paid 2 off the timesheet.
Section 15.4.1. 17 The District shall pay the cost of required food handlers permits for food service employees.
Section 15.4.1. All regular employees shall receive pay for the following holidays based upon the hours of work usually performed by them and upon their classification rate: *Labor Day New Year's Day Veteran's Day Presidents' Day Thanksgiving Day Memorial Day Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Day Day before or after Christmas 1 Full Day New Year's Eve Day Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx.'s Birthday *Independence Day (July 4) Section 15.4.2. The employee, to be eligible for holiday pay, must have worked the scheduled day before and the next scheduled working day following the holiday, unless on bona fide vacation or excused by the Employer. To be eligible for the Labor Day and Independence Day (July 4) holidays, an employee must work on a year-round basis (e.g. 260-day employee). A regular employee who works less than year round will be eligible for the Labor Day holiday when scheduled by the District to report to work in their regular position prior to Labor Day in order to start or prepare to start a new school year.
