Common use of Section 15.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.2. 26 All employees subject to this Agreement who are not members of the Association on the effective date 27 of this Agreement, and all employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to 28 the effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in good 29 standing of the Association within sixty (60) days of the effective date of this Agreement or within 30 sixty (60) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then maintain 31 membership in the Association in good standing during the period of this Agreement.

Section 15.2. 26 11 All employees subject to this Agreement who are not members of the Association on the effective date 27 of 12 this Agreement, and all employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to 28 the 13 effective date of this Agreement,, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in good 29 standing 14 of the Association within sixty thirty (6030) days of the effective date of this Agreement or within 30 sixty thirty (6030) days 15 of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then maintain 31 membership in the 16 Association in good standing during the period of this Agreement.

Section 15.2. 26 All employees in classifications subject to this Agreement who are not members of the 48 Association on the effective date 27 of this Agreement, Agreement and all employees in classifications subject to this 1 Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to 28 the effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of 2 employment, become members in good 29 standing of the Association within sixty thirty (6030) days of the effective date 3 of this Agreement or within 30 sixty thirty (6030) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then 4 maintain 31 membership in the Association in good standing during accordance with the period of this Agreementpervious section.

Section 15.2. 26 46 All employees subject to this Agreement who are not members of the Association on the effective date 27 of 47 this Agreement, and all employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to 28 the 48 effective date of this Agreement, including substitute employees within the bargaining unit, shall, as a 1 condition of employment, become members in good 29 standing of the Association within sixty thirty (6030) days of 2 the effective date of this Agreement or within 30 sixty thirty (6030) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. 3 Such employee shall then maintain 31 membership in the Association in good standing during the period of 4 this Agreement.
