Common use of Section 15.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 15.1. 11 Grievances or complaints arising between the District and its employees within the bargaining unit 12 defined in Article I herein, with respect to matters dealing with the interpretation or application of the 13 Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, shall be resolved in strict compliance with this Article.

Section 15.1. 11 2 Grievances or complaints arising between the District and its employees within the bargaining unit 12 units 3 defined in Article I herein, with respect to matters dealing with the interpretation or application of the 13 Terms 4 terms and Conditions conditions of this Agreement, shall be resolved in strict compliance with this Article.

Section 15.1. 11 12 Grievances or complaints arising between the District and its employees within the bargaining unit 12 13 defined in Article I herein, with respect to matters dealing with the interpretation or application of the 13 14 Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, shall be resolved in strict compliance with this Article.

Section 15.1. 11 10 Grievances or complaints arising between the District and its employees within the bargaining unit 12 defined in 11 Article I herein, with respect to matters dealing with the interpretation or application of the 13 Terms and 12 Conditions of this Agreement, shall be resolved in strict compliance with this Article.
