Section 14.5.1. 43 Paraeducators shall present evidence of skills and knowledge necessary to meet the needs of 44 students in their current assignment, and shall be under the supervision of a certificated teacher 45 or a certificated educational staff associate (ESA). All paraeducators shall meet NCLB 46 standards for paraeducators. In addition to the NCLB standards, paraeducators may present 47 evidence of training and experience, including the completion of Washington State 48 Paraeducator Competencies, to meet the needs of students in their regular assignment.
Section 14.5.1. 40 Such employees shall receive partial credit for time worked in the District as determined by the 41 WPSCEJATC.

If there are any errors in the dues collection 37 because of information provided or not provided by the Association. The Association is 38 entirely liable. 39
