Common use of Section 14.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 14.2. 11 All employees subject to this Agreement who are not members of the Association on the effective date 12 of this Agreement, and all employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to 13 the effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in good 14 standing of the Association. Such employee shall then maintain membership in the Association in 15 good standing during the period of this Agreement.

Section 14.2. 11 All employees in classifications subject to this Agreement who are not members of the this Association on 12 the effective date 12 of this Agreement, Agreement and all employees in classifications subject to this Agreement who 13 are hired at a time subsequent to 13 the effective date of this Agreement, Agreement shall, as a condition of 14 employment, become members in good 14 standing of the AssociationAssociation within forty (40) days of the 15 effective date of this Agreement or within forty (40) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. 16 Such employee shall then maintain his/her membership in the Association in 15 good standing during accordance with the period of this Agreement17 previous section.

Section 14.2. 11 7 All employees subject to this Agreement who are not members of the Association on the effective date 12 8 of this Agreement, and all employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to 13 9 the effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in good 14 10 standing of the AssociationAssociation within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Agreement or within 11 thirty (30) days of the hire date, whichever is applicable. Such employee shall then maintain 12 membership in the Association in 15 good standing during the period of this Agreement.

Section 14.2. 11 All employees subject to this Agreement who are not members of the Association on the effective date 12 of this Agreement, and all employees subject to this Agreement who are hired at a time subsequent to 13 the effective date of this Agreement, shall, as a condition of employment, become members in good 14 standing of the 14 Association. Such employee shall then maintain membership in the Association in or pay a 15 good standing representation fee during the period of this Agreement.
