Common use of Section 14.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 14.2. 1. 35 Step One (Informal) Employees shall first discuss the grievance with their immediate supervisor 36 and/or to the appropriate supervisor/administrator who took the action(s) or made the decision on 37 which the grievance is based. If employees so wish, they may be accompanied by an (a) Union 38 representative at such discussion. All grievances not brought to the immediate supervisor in 39 accordance with the preceding sentence within twenty working (20) days of the occurrence of the 40 grievance shall be invalid and subject to no further processing. 41
