SECTION 1411. 41 All classes and training with prior approval which are required by the District as a condition of 42 continued employment in the same position shall be considered regular hours of work.
SECTION 1411. 42 Employees whose total work hours exceed forty (40) hours per week due to the required hours of 43 course attendance, shall receive pay for those required hours of course attendance at the rate of 44 one and one-half (1½) times the employee's base pay, for all hours over forty (40) hours per 45 week.
