Section 12.8.1. 45 Each probationary employee shall have an observation completed (Observation Worksheet, 46 Appendix C) in accordance with Section 3.6.1 on or before the forty-fifth workday (halfway 47 point). Probationary employees shall be informed, prior to their formal evaluation (ninety 48 workday period), of any deficiencies and given an opportunity to improve, if applicable.
