Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plan. The District offers to qualified employees an Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plan which allows employers to structure benefit plans to provide options to its employees. The District offers employees participation in its IRC 125 Plan for payment of certain out-of-pocket expenses which may include expenses under health care and dependent care assistance. It is understood that the District has made no representation regarding tax or other consequences of the IRC 125 Plan with regard to any particular employee or group of employees. Any questions by any employee should be directed to their personal financial, legal or tax advisor.
