Section 1210. Performance Bond. PURCHASER shall furnish STATE with a performance bond, in an amount of not less than the greater of $ 2,500. PURCHASER’s bond may be in the form of one or more of the following: surety bonds, cash, cashier's or certified check, money order, assignment of surety, irrevocable letters of credit, or other securities determined acceptable by the State Forester. Surety bonds must be written by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Oregon, on a form provided by STATE. Performance Bond Release PURCHASER shall keep the performance bond in effect during the term of the Contract, until released by STATE. STATE shall release PURCHASER’s bond upon the later of: 180 days after final acceptance of completed Timber harvesting Operations
