Section 11.2.2. 10 Nothing contained herein shall be construed to prevent the District from discharging an 11 employee for acts of misconduct occurring after the expiration of the school year.
Section 11.2.2. 43 Nothing contained in this section shall in any regard limit the operation of other sections of this 44 Article.
Section 11.2.2. 23 Any employee proven to have abused sick leave privileges will be subject to immediate suspension 24 or discharge.

The insurance contribution shall be prorated to the amount of full-time employee
Section 11.2.2. 2 The maximum approved ratio of apprentice to journey level employees shall be one-to-two. If, 3 at any given time, those requesting apprentice status exceeds the one-to-one ratio, employees 4 shall be selected based upon performance.
Section 11.2.2. 15 Expenses and materials to establish courses of study within the confines of the District which 16 would be of mutual benefit to the employee and the District.

Section 11.2.2. 24 Pooling shall take place twice a year. Pooling will be done in the month the new plan rates take 25 effect (generally October) to include employees working for the District who receive benefits. 26 The second pooling shall be done in March to include new employees who receive benefits after 27 the first pooling.
