Common use of SECTION 109 Clause in Contracts

SECTION 109. 40 An employee on layoff status shall file their address in writing with the personnel office of the District 41 and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of any change of address.

SECTION 109. 40 19 An employee on layoff status shall file their his/her address in writing with the personnel office of the 20 District 41 and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of any change of address.
