SECTION 104 AND 106 PLAN. It is the intention of the Employer that the premiums paid for these benefits shall be eligible for exclusion from the gross income of the Participants covered by this benefit plan, as provided in Code Sections 104 and 106, and all provisions of this benefit plan shall be construed in a manner consistent with that intention.
