Remittance of Dues to Financial Officer At the end of each week in which deductions are taken, the Company shall remit by cheque the total of the deductions to the Union. The Company will also furnish to the designated financial officer of the Local Union a list of the names of employees for whom Union membership dues have been taken. By the 10th of each following month a list shall be provided to the Local Union of employees for whom dues were deducted and not deducted.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER CERTIFICATION The undersigned Chief Executive Officer and Chief Fiscal Officer of the Recipient, as both are designated in Appendix B of the Agreement, hereby request the Director to disburse financial assistance moneys made available to Project in Appendix C of the Agreement (inclusive of any amendment thereto) to the payee as identified below in the amount so indicated which amount equals the product of the Disbursement Ratio and the dollar value of the attached cost documentation which was properly billed to the Recipient in exclusive connection with the performance of the Project. Resignation of Representative A Representative may resign at any time by giving notice to the Company and all of the Holders of the Notes at least thirty (30) days before such resignation is to become eRective. Upon the resignation of a Representative, a replacement shall be selected by the affirmative vote of Holders holding a majority of the Notes, measured by outstanding principal amount. If such Holders have not selected a replacement Representative within sixty (60) days following the eRective date of the resignation, then Portal may, at any time, by giving notice to the Company and all of the Holders, designate a replacement Representative who shall not be related to or affiliated with Portal or the Company.
VACANCIES AND JOB POSTINGS 17.01 When a job vacancy or vacancies occur within the bargaining unit and the Employer intends to fill the vacancy, the Employer will post an announcement of such vacancy or vacancies on all Union bulletin boards. Said postings shall remain posted for a period of five (5) working days. The announcement shall contain the job title of the vacancy, a brief job description and the rate of pay, and the date of the posting and bid deadline date.

Data Controller The Sponsor shall be the data controller for such personal data except that, if Quintiles deals with any personal data under this Agreement in the manner of a data controller, Quintiles shall be the data controller of such personal data to the extent of such dealings. Quintiles may process "personal data", as defined in the applicable data protection legislation enacted under the same or equivalent/similar national legislation (collectively "Data Protection Legislation"), of the Investigator and Study Staff for study-related purposes and all such processing will be carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation. 6.4
Chief Executive Officer The Chief Executive Officer shall, under the direction of the Member and Board of Managers, perform all duties incident to the office of Chief Executive Officer, have general charge of the business, affairs and property of the LLC and general supervision over the other Officers and any of the LLC's employees and agents and see that all orders and resolutions of the LLC are carried into effect.
