Secondment Services. Anadarko shall cause the Anadarko Entities to second Seconded Employees to the General Partner to provide the General Partner with those services necessary to operate, manage, maintain and report the operating results of the Partnership Assets (the “Secondment Services”).

For these purposes, the Solicitor’s direct employment costs for any individual shall comprise an amount equal to salary payments, employer pension contributions, employer national insurance contributions and a pro-rata share of the cost of the secondee’s annual practising certificate. Secure email The Solicitor shall be required to set up a secure email account via the CJSM messaging service.

Secondment Services. 48.1 Supplier will provide the employee(s) mentioned in the agreement to the customer for the purpose of performing tasks under the supervision and direction of the customer. The results of the work are at the customer's risk. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the employee will be made available to the customer for forty hours per week during Supplier's usual working days.

The detail terms and conditions of the secondment, including the fee and any other benefits payable by the TPV Group to Mitsui Group, in relation to the secondment shall be (i) on normal commercial terms; and (ii) determined after arm’s length negotiation.

Xxxxxxxx shall cause the Xxxxxxxx Entities to second Seconded Employees to the General Partner to provide the General Partner with certain personnel necessary for WPZ to operate, manage, maintain and report the operating results of the assets owned by the Midstream Entities (the “Secondment Services”).
Secondment Services. During the Secondment, the Service Recipient will have the sole right to supervise and control the Employee. The Service Provider will have no knowledge of and therefore no responsibility for, and no liability with respect to the day to day activities of the Employee.
