Secondary Users. You may authorize secondary users to have online access to your accounts with authority to view account information, make account transactions, and establish sub accounts. You are fully responsible for any actions of any secondary user you authorize. You agree the authority of the secondary user shall continue until you revoke it in writing and we have had an opportunity to act upon it.

Secondary Users. You may establish separate passwords for each individual who is authorized to access and use Online Banking (each, a “Secondary User”), as well as set limits on each Secondary User’s authority to access information and conduct transactions (including submitting wire transfer request forms through the “Correspondence” or “Messaging” sections of Online Banking). You assume sole responsibility for the actions of Secondary Users.
Secondary Users. Only Authorized Users may access and use the program including the online application. This licence does allow you to designate different levels of Authorized Users, e.g A Catholic Education Office might authorize a school to run an Ethics Olympiad internally. As the licensee you can pass on the hosting authority to others within your organisation on the condition they receive the appropriate in-service from you or us, they do not pass it on to anyone else and they abide by the rules of the Ethics Olympiad. You are responsible for compliance with this Agreement by all authorized Users. All use of the online application must be solely for the benefit of the licensee and must be within the terms and conditions. You may grant members of your organisation (“Secondary Users”) limited rights to use the online application solely so that they may view and interact with such resources leading up to and at the event. You must advise the Ethics Olympiad about all Secondary Users. You must advise secondary users that there is a fee of $40 per team to be paid to the Ethics Olympiad on completion of each Ethics Olympiad. You may not permit Secondary Users to use the Software for purposes unrelated to supporting your own offerings or grant Secondary Users administrator, configuration or similar use of the online application manager. You may not charge Secondary Users a specific fee for use of the online application. You are responsible for all Secondary Users and are otherwise solely responsible for your own support offerings and Secondary relationships. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Ethics Olympiad has no direct or indirect warranty, indemnity or other liability or obligations of any kind to Secondary Users.
Secondary Users. A Primary User may sign up as many as four additional people as Secondary Users of the WebTV Network on a Primary User Account at no additional cost. All fees generated by a Secondary User in his or her use of the WebTV Network is the obligation of the Primary User that signed up the Secondary User and will be billed to the Primary User Account. As the Primary User, you agree to be responsible for the accurate registration of any Secondary User. You agree to have each Secondary User read through the Terms of Service Agreement (which can be found by choosing the WebTV logo on the WebTV Home page) and each Secondary User agrees to comply with the Terms. You agree to be responsible for the proper usage of the Service and compliance with the Terms by all Secondary Users.
Secondary Users. As may be further described in the Documentation, certain Software may be used as part of your support (or similar) resources related to your own products, e.g., use of Jira Service Management as part of a helpdesk or use of Confluence to share your own documentation with your users. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may grant your own customers’ end users (“Secondary Users”) limited rights to use the Software solely so that they may view and interact with such resources. You may not permit Secondary Users to use the Software for purposes unrelated to supporting your own offerings or grant Secondary Users administrator, configuration or similar use of the Software. You may not charge Secondary Users a specific fee for use of the Software but you may charge an overall fee for your own offerings. You are responsible under Section 2.2 (Authorized Users) for all Secondary Users as “Authorized Users” and are otherwise solely responsible for your own products, support offerings and Secondary relationships. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Atlassian has no direct or indirect warranty, indemnity or other liability or obligations of any kind to Secondary Users.
Secondary Users.  A ‘secondary user’ is any authorised user within the Leeds health economy who is deemed appropriate to access non-identifiable pseudonymised or aggregated data via the Reporting System. Secondary Users will sign up to conditions of use prior to being granted access to the information source.
Secondary Users. As described in the Documentation, certain of the Products may be used as part of Customer’s external support or similar resources related to its or its Affiliates’ own offerings. End users for such resources are Users under the Agreement. Customer must not permit such Users to use the Products for purposes unrelated to supporting its own offerings or grant such Users administrator, configuration or similar use of the Products.

Related to Secondary Users

  • End Users Customer will control access to and use of the Products by End Users and is responsible for any use of the Products that does not comply with this Agreement.

  • Third Party Vendors Nothing herein shall impose any duty upon DST in connection with or make DST liable for the actions or omissions to act of the following types of unaffiliated third parties: (a) courier and mail services including but not limited to Airborne Services, Federal Express, UPS and the U.S. Mails, (b) telecommunications companies including but not limited to AT&T, Sprint, MCI and other delivery, telecommunications and other such companies not under the party’s reasonable control, and (c) third parties not under the party’s reasonable control or subcontract relationship providing services to the financial industry generally, such as, by way of example and not limitation, the National Securities Clearing Corporation (processing and settlement services), Fund custodian banks (custody and fund accounting services) and administrators (blue sky and Fund administration services), and national database providers such as Choice Point, Acxiom, TransUnion or Lexis/Nexis and any replacements thereof or similar entities, provided, if DST selected such company, DST shall have exercised due care in selecting the same. Such third party vendors shall not be deemed, and are not, subcontractors for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Distributors In addition to direct sales to Clients, Supplier grants Accenture: (i) the right to resell Products and Services to a third-party distributor (“Distributor”) for resale to Client or to a financing company for leasing to Client.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
