Second Violation. A second offense in this category carries with it a suspension of 67% of the cumulative total of all co-curricular activities/events. If the violation cannot be satisfied during that season it will carry over into the next season in which that student participates. If the violation occurs in the last ½ of the season, the participant will forfeit all awards associated with the activity. The student must complete that season in good standing to satisfy the penalty. If the violation occurs out of season, the penalty will be applied to the next activity in which that student participates. **During a period of in-school suspension, the student must practice. However, suiting up and/or participating in any game, scrimmage, competition, etc. is prohibited. **During an out-of-school suspension, the student cannot practice or participate in an activity. The student must attend and complete an approved counseling program. (The cost of the counseling program is the responsibility of the parents and student.) If this is not successfully completed, the student will not be allowed to continue any type of activity.
Second Violation. An employee that has a second violation shall be assigned for the rest of the current season. Violations will reset the next season for an employee that has no additional violations in the current season.
Second Violation. The Union shall inform the Store Manager and Human Resources in writing and the most senior part-time employee shall be paid three (3) times their regular rate of pay for all hours the courtesy clerk worked that the most senior part-time employee could have worked.
Second Violation. Should hours be assigned to a less senior employee, the more senior employee who is available and qualified to perform the work shall be paid at two (2) times their regular rate of pay for all hours the junior employee worked that the senior employee could have worked.

Depending upon the nature of the violation and the imposition of other appropriate disciplinary action, consequences at a minimum may include a relinquishment of the electronic device to the school administration and a conference between the student and his/her parent/guardian and the school principal or assistant principal. The electronic device shall remain in the possession of the school administration until such time as the student's parent/guardian personally comes to the school's main office and retrieves the electronic device.
Second Violation. In addition to the penalties stated under First Violation, the Grower shall be subject to a maximum penalty of $1000 per acre found to be in violation following a hearing by the Board of Directors.
Second Violation. The Department will initiate debarment proceedings against the Contractor or Subcontractor. Once final, the Contractor or Subcontractor will be debarred from public work for 30 days. Once final, these proceedings will prevent the Contractor or Subcontractor from submitting a bid or being awarded a contract or subcontract on a public work contract in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (including School District public works contracts) for 30 calendar days from the date of debarment.
Second Violation. Rinnai shall provide a written “2nd Violation” notice to the Rinnai Distributor and sales to the Rinnai Distributor shall be suspended for a period of at least thirty (30) days to be determined solely by Rinnai.

If a student is found to be in violation for the second time, the student will be prohibited from extracurricular activities for one (1) calendar year from the date of the violation. Third Violation A student found to be in violation for the third time shall be denied participation in extra- curricular activities at that level. (7-8) or (9-12)
Second Violation. The Director or designee will hold a conference with the student. The Director or designee will notify the student’s parent/guardian in writing of the disciplinary violation and will attempt to arrange a conference with the parent/guardian and the student. Discipline may involve up to and including suspension and/or expulsion.
