Common use of Second Medical Opinion Clause in Contracts

Second Medical Opinion. Where a sick leave extends beyond one (1) month or where it is anticipated at the outset that the duration of the leave will be uncertain or will last beyond one month, the University has the right to and may require a second medical opinion.
