Common use of Second Expansion Premises Clause in Contracts

Second Expansion Premises. From and after the Second Expansion Premises Commencement Date, Tenant shall pay Base Rent with respect to the Second Expansion Premises, on a per-rentable-square-foot basis, using the applicable monthly rates set forth in the rent schedule contained in Section 5(d) below.

Second Expansion Premises. From and after Beginning on the Second Expansion Premises Commencement Date through the Expiration Date, Tenant shall (in addition to Base Rent for the Existing Premises) pay Base Rent with respect to the Second Expansion Premises at same rate per rentable square foot being paid with respect to the Existing Premises, on a per-rentable-square-foot basis, using as adjusted pursuant to Section 4 of the applicable monthly rates set forth in the rent schedule contained in Section 5(d) belowLease.
