Second Contract. The second administrative contract may be one (1), two (2), or three (3) years in length. * Note: When a district administrator changes administrative positions in the school district, the sequence of contracts will be modified if the administrator has completed two administrative contracts. Upon the employment in the new position, the administrator will receive a two year contract and will advance to a three year contract due to a previous experience as an administrator. The adjusted sequence of contracts would not apply to an involuntary transfer.

  • Construction Contract If federal funds are included as part of the financing of the non-OPWC portion of the Project, federal law may prevail, including, but not limited to, application of Xxxxx Xxxxx prevailing wage rates, the Xxxxxxxx “Anti-Kickback” Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and any federal environmental regulations. Unless expressly agreed to elsewhere in the Contract, no assignment by a party hereto of any rights under or interests in the Contract will be binding on another party hereto without the written consent of the party sought to be bound; and, specifically but without limitation, money that may become due and money that is due may not be assigned without such consent (except to the extent that the effect of this restriction may be limited by law), and unless specifically stated to the contrary in any written consent to an assignment, no assignment will release or discharge the assignor from any duty or responsibility under the Contract Documents.
