Common use of SEC Reports Clause in Contracts

SEC Reports. The Company shall deliver to the Trustee within 15 days after it files them with the SEC copies of the annual reports and of the information, documents, and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the SEC may by rules and regulations prescribe) which the Company is required to file with the SEC pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act. The Company also shall comply with the other provisions of TIA Section 314(a).

SEC Reports. The Company Corporation shall deliver to file with the Trustee Trustee, within 15 fifteen (15) days after it files them filing same with the SEC SEC, copies of the annual reports and of the information, documents, and other reports (or copies of such portions of any of the foregoing as the SEC may by rules and regulations prescribe) which the Company Corporation is required to file with the SEC pursuant to Section Sections 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange ActAct of 1934. The Company Corporation also shall comply with the other provisions of TIA Section 314(a).

The Company also shall comply with the other provisions of TIA Section 314(a).
