Seasonal Restrictions. PURCHASER shall adhere to the following restrictions, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE:
Seasonal Restrictions. This road may be particularly susceptible to the impact of frost/thaw. As a result, haulage should where possible be restricted to the period 01 April – 31 October but may be permissible from November – March providing the Council have been notified. Haulage operations should also comply with any seasonal restrictions set out in the harvesting/haulage contract/s. Driver Awareness: Drivers involved with timber haulage should be familiar with the nature of the road and should be in possession of this Timber Traffic Management Plan, prior to operating on this route. A duty of care and responsibility is expected from hauliers on the public road network. Both the haulier and timber buyer have a responsibility to comply with the Road Haulage of Round Timber Code of Practice and standard haulage practices.
Seasonal Restrictions. Limitations imposed on the work which prohibit the Contractor from performing certain types of work during specific seasons of the year. SHOP DRAWINGS – Drawings, diagrams schedules, and other data prepared for the project by the Contractor, subcontractor, manufacturer or supplier to illustrate and/or install some portion of the work.
Seasonal Restrictions. During the summer months, management may limit the number of approved vacations and leaves for custodians to 25% of the custodial employees.

Note: Preliminary results of owl surveys may allow an early start date.
